LESSONS
Music Composition • Voice • Byzantine Chant • Appalachian Orthodox Chant
I am a multi-award-winning composer and vocalist studying at Berklee College of Music, with over 15 years of musical experience. My work includes multiple film score credits and recognized compositions performed internationally. My training includes Byzantine chant under the former protopsaltis of the Annunciation Orthodox Cathedral in Boston and a master chanter from Thessaloniki, as well as vocal performance and technique with professors from the prestigious New England Conservatory and Berklee colleges. I bring this background together in teaching composition, voice, and chant as living traditions.

Music Composition
Learn the craft of professional composition and theory for ensembles, choirs, films, games, and media. Lessons cover harmony, melody, orchestration, writing to film, navigating the industry, and developing your personal voice as a composer. Students will be expected to compose short pieces relevant to the content each week.

Voice
Build vibrant and expressive vocal technique for Western classical repertoire and Orthodox chant. Lessons are tailored to your goals, from classical, to musical theater, to liturgical singing to performance preparation.

Appalachian Orthodox Chant
Explore an emerging sacred musical tradition in America that unites Orthodox prayer with Appalachian folk melody. Lessons focus on composition, theory, and proper vocal technique for both performance and recording.

Byzantine Chant
Study the fundamentals of Byzantine chant, including notation, modes, ornamentation, and vocal technique. Learn how to grow as a chanter, understand ethos (personal style), and adapt your voice for this amazing sacred tradition.
